鲜地黄提取物中总环烯醚萜类含量测定

Determination of Total Fresh Radix Rehmanniae Iridoid Glycosides in by Spectrophotometry

本研究的目的在于建立测定鲜地黄提取物中总环烯醚萜类成分含量的方法。采用乙醇和酸处理样品后，用紫外分光光度法进行测定。发现梓醇在0．066-0．143mg／mL范围内有良好的线性关系（r=0．99），其稳定性、重复性、回收率都较好，从而建立了测定鲜地黄提取物中总环烯醚萜含量的方法，该方法简便、快速、可靠。并用此法测定了总环烯醚萜类成分的含量。

This article is to establish a determination method of the total iridoids in the extraction of fresh Radix Rehmanniae. The specimen were hydrolyzed by acid and then determined by UV spectrophotometry which made that there was a good linearity in the range of 0.066-0. 143 mg/mL（ r = 0.99）. And the stability is good, the average recovery rate was 100.62% with RSD was 1.74%. So,spectrometric method was first established to determine the total iridoids in Radix Rehmanniae,this method was simple and reliable.
