HPLC同时测定元胡止痛片中欧前胡素和延胡索乙素的含量

Determination of Imperatorin and Tetrahydropalmatin in Yuanhu Zhitong Tablets by HPLC

建立高效液相色谱法测定元胡止痛片中欧前胡素和延胡索乙素含量的方法。采用Hypersil C18色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液（52：48，三乙胺调pH值至6．0），检测波长为284nm，流速1．0mL/min，柱温为40℃。该色谱条件下欧前胡素峰和延胡索乙素峰之间有良好的分离度，欧前胡素在0．0787～0．4723峭范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9999，平均回收率为99．55％，RSD为1．78％（n=6）。延胡索乙素在0．1885—1．1309μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9999，回收率为100．18％，RSD为1．63％（n=6）。本方法快速简便，准确可靠，灵敏度高，可用于元胡止痛片的质量控制。

A HPLC method was established for determination of imperatorin and tetrahydropalmatine in Yuanhu Zhitong Tablets. A Hypersil C18 column was used with methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid（52：48 ,use triethylamine adjusts the solutions pH 6.0）as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min at 40 ℃ and the detector wavelength was 284 nm. The relationship between the concentration and the peak area of imperatofin and tetrahydropamalmtine were good linear relation. The calibration curve of imperatorin was at the range of 0.0787 to 0.4723 lag（ r = 0.9999）, and the recovery was 99.55 and RSD = 1.78 % （ n = 6）. The calibration curve of terahydropalmat/ne was at the range of O. 1885 to 1. 1309 μg（ r = 0.9999）, and the recovery was 100.18% and RSD = 1.63% （ n = 6）. The method was rapid, sensitive and accurate, and could be used for the quality control of this preparation.
