摘要
通过分光光度法(UV)和电子顺磁共振技术(EPR)测试苦杏仁及其种皮对1,1-Diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl(DPPH·)和2,2'-Azino-bis-(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic)(ABTS+)的清除能力确定抗氧化活性。利用Folin-Ciocaheu比色法确定了乙醇提取物中的总多酚含量。结果表明:杏仁皮醇提物中总多酚含量明显高于苦杏仁,且其抗氧化活性也更强。说明杏仁皮中含有大量的多酚类物质可能是其具有较强抗氧化活性的主要原因。
Antioxidant activities of extracts of whole bitter almond seed and skin were evaluated using two typos of radicals scanning activities, namely 2,2-diphenyl-1 -picrylhydrazyl radical( DPPH · ) and 2,2'-Azino-bis- ( 3-ethylbenzthiazo- line-6-sulfonic) (ABTS + ). The Folin-Ciocalteu phenol reagent was used in the determination of the total polyphenol content. The almond skin extract had stronger free radical scavenging abilities than that of whole bitter almond seed. And there was more polyphenol content in the almond skin extract than in the whole bitter almond seed extract. The results showed that polyphenolic compounds in the skin extracts may play a major role for the antioxidant abilities.
