摘要
植物多酚类物质作为一种新型的功能因子基料，它的多种生理活性受到了密切的关注。本文简要地介绍了植物多酚的各种生理功能和应用；并阐述了使用微波法辅助提取植物多酚的机理、与其他提取方法提取的优越性、生产工艺流程和应用前景。
As a new base material of functional factors, polyphenolic compounds in plant have been received much close attention for their biological activities. The biological activities and application of plant polyphenol were briefly intro- duced in this paper, as well as mechanism of extraction plant polyphenol using microwave method, superiority to other methods,production process and application prospect.
