摘要
目前,我国中小企业的人力资源管理正处于起步阶段,存在着许多严重问题,已经成为制约中小企业可持续发展的瓶颈,如何疏通这一瓶颈,是中小企业亟待解决的问题。近年来,人力资源管理外包在我国的兴起和迅速发展,为中小企业提供了一条有效解决人力资源管理问题的途径。很多中小企业利用外部资源弥补自身的不足,降低企业成本,增加竞争力,大幅度提高人才管理水平。然而外包在给企业带来利益的同时也可能让企业面临风险,本文对外包优势和面临风险做了较全面分析,并提出风险规避的几点意见。
At present,the human resource management of the small and medium-sized enterprises of our country is at the starting stage,having a lot of serious problems,and it has already become a bottleneck restricting continuable development of small and medium-sized enterprises.How to get through the bottleneck is a problem which needs to be solved urgently for small and medium-sized enterprises.In recent years,human resource management outsourcing has been rising and developing rapidly in our country,which offers an effective approach to solve the problems of human resource management to small and medium-sized enterprises.A lot of small and medium-sized enterprises avail themselves of the external resources to make up their weak points,reduce costs,enhance competitiveness and increase the human resource management level.Although enterprises benefit from outsourcing,they are imposed to some risks.The advantages and risks brought out by outsourcing are analyzed in this thesis.The suggestions how to avoid risks were also given here.
