摘要
用同时蒸馏萃取方法提取巴戟天(Radix Morindae officina)的挥发性成分,所得到的含有巴戟天挥发性成分的二氯甲烷浓缩液用气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)法分离鉴定化学成分,共鉴定出46种化学成分。用峰面积归一法通过化学工作站数据处理系统得出各化学成分的相对百分含量,其中主要挥发性成分有:十六酸(45.75%)、间甲基苯甲醛(7.59%)、亚油酸(7.40%)、油酸(7.40%)、龙脑(3.55%)、苯唑环丁烯-7-醇(3.12%)、2-甲基蒽醌(3.01%)、十五酸(2.13%)、苯甲醇(1.00%)。
The volatile components of the Radix Morindae officina were analyzed quantitatively by simultaneous distillation and extraction equipment (SDE) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS), and 46 volatile components were identified and determined. The concentrations of the volatile components were then determined by the peak area normalization method. The principal constituents in the volatiles were n-hexadecanoic acid(45.75% ), 3-methylhenzaldehyde ( 7.59% ) , ( Z, Z ) -9,12-oetadecadienoic acid ( 7.40% ), oleic acid ( 7.40% ), bomeol ( 3.55 % ), bicyclo [ 4.2.0 ] octa-1,3,5-trien-7-o ( 3.12% ), 2-methyl-9,10-anthracenedione (3.01% ), pentadecanoic acid ( 2.13 % ), benzaldehyde( 1.00% )
