摘要
脂松香中马尾松松香和湿地松松香在加热时发生的热异构反应,作者针对反应中各树脂酸组分发生的异构重排变化,使用GC—MS分析和气质联用仪-数据库检索认证方法进行了定性、定量分析,对热异构重排反应机理进行了初步探讨。为脂松香的深加工生产和对马尾松松香、湿地松松香在加热时发生的树脂酸组分变化提供了理论依据。
Pinus elliottii Engelm rosin and Pinus rnassoniana Lamb rosin in gum rosin would occur isomerization reaction during heating. As to resin acids isomeric rearrangement changes in reaction,we used GC-MS analysis and GC-MS database search authentication methods for qualitative and quantitative analysis. The mechanism of rearrangement isomeriza- tion reaction was preliminary discussed. It provided theoretical basis for resin acids componential changes of Pinus elliottii Engelm rosin and Pinus massoniana Lamb rosin and deep processing for the production of gum rosin.
