摘要
本文通过卵清白蛋白(OVA)诱导的小鼠免疫亢进研究塞隆骨提取物(SLG-B)治疗类风湿性关节炎作用中的免疫抑制机理。小鼠皮下注射弗氏完全佐剂乳化的OVA诱导小鼠免疫亢进,运用体外增值实验研究SLG—B对特异性淋巴细胞增殖的影响,利用酶联免疫法测定淋巴细胞培养上清中细胞因子IFN-1及血清中抗体(IgG)水平。通过研究发现SLG—B能够能显著抑制OVA诱导的淋巴细胞增殖,而且以抑制抗原呈递细胞(APC)为主,能抑制脾细胞及淋巴结细胞生成细胞因子IFN-γ,同时它还能抑制血清中IgG抗体的产生。是其治疗类风湿性关节炎的作用机理。
This study was undertaken to investigate the therapeutic effects of Myospalax baileyi bone ( was called sai Long Gu) extraction (for short SLG-B)on OVA-induced mice to investigate the mechanisms of Myospalax fontanieri bone extracts (SLG-B) on rheumatoid arthritis. Through the Ovalbumin-induced (OVA) mice OVA in the CFA emulsion was injected s. c into two different sites on the back of shaved mice to induced then Spleens and lymph nodes were cultured in vivo at present of OVA concentrations of IFN-γ were detected by ELISA. The results showed that, SLG dosedependently inhibited the proliferation of splenocytes and lymphocyte induced by OVA and the APC was manly suppressed. SLG markedly decrease production of inflammatory Cytokine and IgG of serum. This may be one of therapy mechanism on rheumatoid arthritis.
