蒲公英挥发油的化学成分分析

Analysis of Chemical Composition of Essential Oil of Taraxacum mongolicum Hand. Mazz.

为了分析蒲公英挥发油的化学成分，采用自制的同时蒸馏萃取装置提取蒲公英的挥发油成分，然后用GC—MS法分析并鉴定了各组成及质量分数。挥发油中共鉴定出62个成分，占总峰面积的77．03％。主要挥发性成分及面积归一化法含量为十六酸（31．4％）、9，12，15-十八碳三烯-1-醇（13．44％）、9，12，15十六碳三烯酸甲酯（3．78％）、亚麻酸甲酯（2．41％）、十六酸乙酯（2．39％）、二氢猕猴桃内酯（2．19％）、6，10，14-三甲基-2-十五酮（2．12％）等。

Essential oil of Taraxacum mongolicum Hand. Mazz. was obtained by simultaneous distillation and solvent extraction（SED）. Their components were analyzed and the relatives mass fractions were acquired by gas chromatographymass spectrometry. 62 compounds were identified and determined, amounting to 77.03% of the total area of the peaks. The principal constituents and contents in the volatiles were n-hexadecanoie acid（31.4% ） ,9,12,15-octadecatrien-l-ol, （ Z, Z, Z） - （ 13.44 % ）, 9,12,15 - octadecatrienoie acid, ethyl ester, （ Z, Z, Z ） - （ 3.78 % ）, linolenie acid, methyl ester （ 2.41% ）, hexadeeanoie acid, ethyl ester （ 2.39% ）, （ 2,6,6-trimethyl-2-hydroxyeyelohexylidene ） acetic acid lactone （ 2.19% ） ,2-pentadecanone ,6,10,14-trimethyl（ 2.12% ） etc.
