摘要 建立了单液滴液相微萃取/高效液相色谱法测定竹叶中牡荆素的分析方法,仅使用微升级有机溶剂可实现竹叶中牡荆素的快速分离富集,富集倍数为33.9。优化了液相微萃取的萃取溶剂、接受相体积、搅拌速度、料液相pH、料液相离子强度和萃取时间。分析方法的线性范围为0.20~8,0μg/mL,检出限为0.17μg/mL,相对标准偏差(n=6)为4.5%。用于竹叶实际样品的分析,和传统的液液萃取方法相比,该方法集萃取和浓缩一步完成,更简便、快速、绿色环保。 A rapid method for the determination of viterxin in bamboo leaves by single drop microextraction (SDME) coupled with HPLC was developed. Viterxin in bamboo leaves can be rapidly extracted by only a few microlitre organic solvent. The enrichment factor of viterxin was 33.9. Extraction solvent, stirring speed, extraction time, solvent volume, ionic strength and pH were optimized. The linear range was from 0.20 to 8.0 μg/mL,the limit of detection was 0.17 μg/ mL,and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 4.5%. The method was successfully applied to the analysis of real samples. Compared with the conventional liquid-liquid extraction method, the method integrates extraction and concentration into only one step,and is simple,fast and environmental friendly.
