摘要
对毛菊苣种子的化学成分进行分析,结果表明:毛菊苣种子的粗蛋白质含量为20.50%,粗脂肪含量为18.3%。脂肪油中含有大量人体必需的不饱和脂肪酸,其主要成分棕榈酸(10.1%)、硬脂酸(3.7%)、油酸(13.O%)、亚油酸(73.3%)等,此外还测定了9种矿质元素和17种氨基酸,总氨基酸含量达到15.7%。因此,毛菊苣种子具有较高的营养价值和医疗保健功效,具有潜在的开发利用价值。
The chemical composition of Cichorium glandulosum Boiss. et Huet seeds have been studied. The results showed that the crude protein was 20.50% and crude fatty was 18.3%. There are plenty of fatty acids which is necessa- ry for human body in the seed oil. The main composition were: palmitic acid( 10.1% ), stearic acid ( 3.7% ), oleic acid (13.0%) ,linonic acid (73.3%) ,etc. In addition,there are 17 amino acids and 7 mineral elements in seed. The total content of amino acid reaches 15.7%. The Cichorium glandulosum Boiss. et Huet seed was of higher potential value in nutrient and medical effect.
