摘要 本实验采用超声波法提取红景天苷,并通过单因素实验和正交实验,结果表明,醇提法比水提法的提取率高,而且杂质较少;弱碱性的溶剂有利于红景天苷的提取;提取剂浓度、用量和提取时间均对提取效果有显著影响,其中提取时间为最显著影响因子,其次为提取剂浓度。最后确定超声波法提取红景天苷最佳工艺为:以60%乙醇水溶液为提取剂,pH值8.0,原料和提取剂用量比例为1:18,提取时间50min。此工艺可以最大限度的提取出红景天中的有效成分-红景天苷。 The compound soft capsules were produced by extracting the effective compositions of salidroside, performing research on function and activation of salidroside extracts, and studying preparation process of soft capsules. The main materials of that were salidroside extract,micro-powder of western ginseng, seabuckthom fruit power, seabuckthorn seed oil and lyophilized royal jelly. The new type healthcare product had effect on anti-fatigue ,reducing blood lipids and antiaging,which could improve people health and satisfy the needs of health market.
