棉籽壳提取木糖的水解工艺研究

摘要 本研究以新疆棉籽壳为原料,通过单因素实验和正交实验对其酸水解工艺进行研究。确定了实验的最佳工艺条件,即:硫酸浓度为2%,水解温度为90℃,固液比为3:105,水解时间为4h。在最佳工艺条件下,木糖产率可达30.55%。在影响因素中,酸浓度对水解工艺的影响最大。 In this study, using Sinkiang cotton seed husk for raw materials, we research its acid hydrolysis technic through the single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments. Experiment to determine the optimum conditions:the concentration of sulfuric acid 2% ,hydrolysis temperature 90 ℃ ,the solid-liquid ratio 3:105 ,hydrolysis time 4 h. In optimum conditions,the xylose yield is up to 30.55%. In these influencing factors,the concentration of acid is the most important.
