六种中药不同提取方法对酪氨酸酶的抑制率和抗氧化功效研究

Research of the Whiting and Anti-oxidant Effect of Six Kinds of Chinese Traditional Medicines Extractions

本文研究六种中药提取液的酪氨酸酶抑制率和DPPH自由基的清除率。结果表明：六种中药酪氨酸酶抑制率和DPPH自由基的清除率研究中，醇提法〉酶提法〉水提法。抑制酪氨酸酶活性实验中，甘草和白术效果最好，所有提取方法提取的中药提取液抑制率都高于50％。DPPH自由基清除率实验中，白僵蚕和白蔹的效果最好，抑制率均高于20％。

This paper mainly focused on the inhibitory rate of tyrosinase and the anti-oxidant effect of six kinds of Chinese traditional medicines extractions. The results showed ：The effect of the inhibitory rate of tyrosinase and anti-oxidant effect of six Chinese traditional medicines extractions ： ethanol extraction 〉 enzymatic extraction 〉 water extraction. The tyrosinase inhibitory rate of Licorice and Atractylodes which is higher than 50 percent is the best of all. The anti-oxidant effects of Bai Jangcan and Ampelopsis japonica （ Thunh. ） Makino are higher than 20 percent which means the best effect.
