六种中药不同提取方法对酪氨酸酶的抑制率和抗氧化功效研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文研究六种中药提取液的酪氨酸酶抑制率和DPPH自由基的清除率。结果表明:六种中药酪氨酸酶抑制率和DPPH自由基的清除率研究中,醇提法〉酶提法〉水提法。抑制酪氨酸酶活性实验中,甘草和白术效果最好,所有提取方法提取的中药提取液抑制率都高于50%。DPPH自由基清除率实验中,白僵蚕和白蔹的效果最好,抑制率均高于20%。 This paper mainly focused on the inhibitory rate of tyrosinase and the anti-oxidant effect of six kinds of Chinese traditional medicines extractions. The results showed :The effect of the inhibitory rate of tyrosinase and anti-oxidant effect of six Chinese traditional medicines extractions : ethanol extraction 〉 enzymatic extraction 〉 water extraction. The tyrosinase inhibitory rate of Licorice and Atractylodes which is higher than 50 percent is the best of all. The anti-oxidant effects of Bai Jangcan and Ampelopsis japonica ( Thunh. ) Makino are higher than 20 percent which means the best effect.
