绿茶提取物对香烟烟雾致人支气管上皮细胞氧化损伤的干预作用

Intervention of Green Tea Extract on Oxidative Stress Caused by Cigarette Smoke in Human Bronchial Epithelial Cells in vitro

摘要 以烟草烟雾水溶液(CSS)为材料,用MTT等方法研究CSS对人支气管上皮细胞(HBE细胞)的损伤及绿茶提取物对HBE细胞的保护作用及机理。结果表明:CSS抑制了HBE细胞活性,并呈良好的剂量关系;绿茶提取物在低浓度时(0~100μg/mL)对CSS引起的HBE氧化损伤有较好的保护作用,但在高浓度下(100~150μg/mL)促氧化作用将急剧上升,反而加剧了CSS所引起的氧化损伤。 This study was conducted to identify the protection of Green tea extract to the human bronchial epithelial cells damage by oxidant-stress. Cigarette smoke solution(CSS) were used to induce the renal damage of HBE cells in vitro. With the model of cell oxidant-stress, the inhibition effects of CSS on the growth of HBE cells were investigated by MTT assay. The results showed that CSS decreased the viability of HBE cells in a dose-dependent manner. Green tea extract significantly protect the viability of HBE cells induced by CSS in low concentration (0-100μg/mL), but the oxidative stress will be promoted in high dose of Green tea extract( 100-150 μg/mL) for human bronchial epithelial cells.
