管花肉苁蓉提取物对高盐饲养大鼠血压、红细胞膜流动性及全血黏度的影响 被引量:4

摘要 给予高盐饲养大鼠管花肉苁蓉提取物后,为了解其对血压、红细胞膜流动性、全血黏度的影响。采用无创鼠尾血压测定高盐饲养前后血压变化,采用电子顺磁共振技术(EPR)测定红细胞膜流动性,采用血液粘度仪测定大鼠血液粘度。结果表明:高盐饲养的大鼠血压升高,给予管花肉苁蓉提取物后;①血压显著降低作用(P〈0.01);②使红细胞膜的流动性增加(P〈0.01);③能降低红细胞全血黏度(P〈0.05)。管花肉苁蓉提取物具有降低高盐饲养大鼠血压、降低全血粘度、增加红细胞膜流动性的作用,提示管花肉苁蓉提取物具有降压作用。 To study the effect of extraction of Cistanche tubulosa on blood pressure, fluidity of the cell membrane and blood viscosity in high salt diet rats,the blood pressure of rats had been measured by noninvasive animal' s blood pressure measuring apparatus. The fluidity of the cell membrane had been measured by EPR, and the blood viscosity had been measured by blood rheology measurement. The results indicated that ①The extraction of Cistanche tubulosa can siguificantly decrease blood pressure;②The extraction reduced the whole blood viscosity;③The extraction increased the fluidity of RBC membrane. Cistanche tubulosa has the capability of reducing blood pressure and increasing fluidity of the cell membrane.
