摘要
近年已有许多研究以天然紫杉烷为底物进行微生物转化,这些微生物不仅可以选择性地氧化母核的1、6、7、9、10、14、17和20位,还可以使骨架发生重排甚至生成自然界没有发现的新骨架。本文综述国内外紫杉烷生物转化研究概况,并初步总结微生物转化影响因素,供生物转化研究借鉴。
A wide range of studies on taxane biotransformations explored the biocatalyfic capability of plant cells, organs and enzymes in recent years. Stereo-and regiospecified biotransformations could be used to carry out oxidation at C1, C6, C7 ,C9 ,C10,Cl4 ,C17 and C20 of the taxane skeleton. Some of the biochemical reactions occurred are complex and cannot be achieved by synthetic routes. Moreover, sometimes substrates could undergo isomerization to afford new skeletons that had never been discovered in nature. Progresses on taxane biotransformations were reviewed in this paper and some effected factors were listed in brief in order to improve biotransformation efficiency.
