摘要
本文简要介绍了独一味中黄酮类成分的生理功能，以及近年来独一味药材中黄酮类成分提取、分离、纯化过程的最佳工艺及研究进展；介绍了分别利用毛细管电泳法和高效液相色谱法对独一味中多种黄酮类成分及不同部位的总黄酮的含量进行测定的研究结果。
This review briefly introduced flavonoids of Lamiophlomis rotate in the physiological function, as well as the best technology and process in research of extraction, separation and purification of flavonoids in Lamiophlomis rotate; and briefly introduced the results of the study in a variety of flavonoids of Lamiophlomis rotate and the flavonoid content in different parts of Lamiophlomis rotate.
