摘要
植物多酚是一类广泛存在于植物体内的重要天然产物，具有多元酚结构，表现出多种生理活性。本文主要综述了植物多酚的种类、抑菌机理和在抑菌方面的应用。
Plant polyphenol is a kind of important natural compound with polyhydrie phenol structure existing in many plants, which make plants possess of many biological activities. This paper mainly, summarized the components, bacterio- stasis mechanism and the application of plant polyphenols.
