摘要
分别采用超声波提取法和索氏抽提法对苦楝的活性成分进行提取,并测定提取物对三种真菌和一种细菌的抑制活性.结果表明:两种提取物对真菌菌丝和孢子的生长有一定的抑制活性,但对孢子的抑制活性更强;两种提取物均对细菌有较强的抑制作用,抑制活性强于真菌;就提取物的抑菌活性来讲,超声波提取法要优于索氏抽提法.
The active components were extracted from Melia azedarach L with ultrasonic extraction and Soxhlet methods respectively, and the inhibitive activities of extracts gained against three fungi and one bacterium were tested. There was some inhibition against fungi hypha and spores, and it was stronger against spores than hypha. The two extracts could obviously inhibit bacterial growth, and the inhibitive activity to bacteria was stronger than to fungi. As to the extractive' s inhibitive activity, ultrasonic extraction method was better than Soxhlet extractor method.
