摘要
由于在经济体制和政治体制方面与西方国家的差异,以及现代企业制度尚在完善的过程中,我国当前企业在高管薪酬的制定和管理层的激励约束问题上还存在诸多问题。本文试图通过对西方薪酬理论、我国企业高管薪酬的现状、影响因素以及制度环境等方面进行分析,最终提出适合我国当前企业高管薪酬问题的建议。
Due to the difference of Chinese economic and political system, as well as China's modem corporations' reform, the compensation management for top managers at present-day Chinese corporations has a lot of problems. Based on the western compensation theories in human resource managements field, the author of this article analysis the influential factors such as legal system, environment etc. on the compensation management in China. Instructive suggestions and methods have been put forward finally by the article.
