纳氏试剂比色法测定水中氨氮影响因素的研究

摘要 通过实验比较,研究纳氏试剂比色法测定氨氮时,反应显色时间、pH值及样品的稀释方法对分析结果准确性的影响。结果表明:显色时间10~30min,pH值为7~8,采用比色后稀释法均可以得到准确可靠的数据。 The accuracy of analytical results were effected by the time of color reaction, pH and the dilution method of samples, as the determination of ammonia-nitrogen by Nessler's reagent. The three factors were tested and compared in the article. The results showed as follows., the time of color reaction was 10-30 min, the value of pH was 7-8, and the correct datas could obtained by the dilution after colorimetry under some conditions.
