技术性贸易措施对我国出口贸易的影响与对策研究

Effect of Foreign Technical Measures to Trade on Chinese Export and the Studies of Countermeasures——Based on Economic Analysis

随着经济全球化和贸易自由化的发展,我国进出口贸易得到了长足的发展,对外贸易总额连年递增。然而在产品出口过程中,国外技术性贸易措施对我国企业的影响也在逐渐增强。本文从技术性贸易措施的本质特征入手,研究了其对我国出口的影响,并提出了我国政府、企业和行业协会这三方应采取的应对措施。

Along with the development of economic globalization and trade liberalization, the import and export trade of China has got a considerable development, and the total amount of foreign trade has greatly increased for successive years. However, during the process of export, the impact of foreign technical measures to trade on Chinese firms is gradually increasing. This paper begins its research with the characteristics of technical measures to trade and studies the impact of these measures on export, then it puts forwards the countermeasures which should be taken by Chinese government, firms and associations in the last section.
