构建开放式、复合型的学生管理模式是高校培养"面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来"的高素质人才的客观需求,是学生管理工作者不断尝试、不断探索的新课题。目前传统的辅导员制和导师制构成的学生管理模式存在一些弊端,在此基础上加入"学长制"这一制度,构建复合型的学生管理模式有助于完善各方面工作,形成适应社会发展变化的学生管理要求。

The Construction of open and complex management model is the objective need of universities＇ training for ＂facing modernization facing world and facing future＂ high-quality student and the new topic of student management workers. There are some drawbacks of the current student management system. On this basis, adding ＂Student mentoring scheme＂ will help us improve the management of student and adapt the development and change of the society.
