大学生创新素质教育的德育实施体系探析

On the Implementation System of Moral Education in the Development of College Students' Creative Quality

大学生创新素质培养是素质教育的基本内容,是高校人才培养的重要目标。育人为本、德育为先,高校的德育工作在大学生创新素质教育中发挥着导向的功能、创新动机的激发功能、创新人格的塑造功能、创新思维的启发功能和教育的服务保障功能。高校要从德育在创新人才培养中的基础性地位出发,从课堂教学、社会实践和日常教育管理等三个方面积极构建以创新素质培养为目标的德育实施体系。

The development of students＇ creative quality is the basic content of quality education as well as an important goal of university personnel training.In college education,moral education should come first,which plays a guiding role in developing students＇ creative quality,an inspiring role in stimulating students＇ creativity,a moulding role in building students＇ creative personality,an enlightening role in developing students＇ innovative thinking,and a serving role in supporting college education.Moral Education in colleges and universities should take into account its basic position in the innovation training,and the system of moral education should be carried out from such three aspects as classroom teaching,social practice and daily management.
