摘要
目前物业服务市场信用缺失状况较为普遍,已经成为制约物业服务行业健康、稳定、持续发展的瓶颈,本文深入剖析物业服务市场的信用现状,阐述了我国物业服务行业市场主体各自存在的问题,并且通过对物业服务市场主体的角色定位,构建了物业服务市场信用体系的建设模型,进一步提出了建设物业服务市场信用体系要注意的问题。
At present,lack of credit in the property service industry has become a botdeneck to constrain in the stable and stlstainable development of the whole industry.Through the analysis of the credit status of the property service market,this article displays their respective problems of the market players in our country and elaborates the construction model of the credit system of the industry.There are also some problems provided by the author that should be pay attention to in the construction of the credit system
