Er^(3+):YVO_4晶体1550nm荧光特性

摘要 测量了Er3+:YVO4晶体的吸收谱,得到Er3+离子在YVO4晶体中的光辐射特性。通过Dexter理论计算得到了4I13/2+4I13/2→4I9/2+4I15/2和4I11/2+4I11/2→4F7/2+4I15/2的交叉弛豫几率分别为P1=6.718×105s-1和P2=1.676×105s-1,同时建立了描述Er3+离子跃迁的动力学模型,利用速率方程讨论了P1、P2对1550nm荧光的影响。 The radiation characteristics of Er3+ ions in YVO4 were calculated by the Judd-Ofelt theory. The cross relaxation probability of 4I13/2+4I13/2→4I9/2+4I15/2 and 4I11/2+4I11/2→4F7/2+4I15/2 transitions are P1= 6.718×105s-1 and P2=1.676×105s-1,respectively. A dynamics model of cross relaxation process of Er3+ was proposed. Simultaneously,the influence of P1 and P2 to 1550nm fluorescence was discussed by the rate equations.
