摘要
地铁车站附加沉降差异已成为软土地区建造大型地下综合体面临的的技术化难题。通过模拟高层建筑群桩基础在分层土中承受竖向荷载时对周边土体的影响,在分析土体附加沉降变形机理和特征的基础上,建立了高层建筑与地铁车站共建的模型,并对地铁车站下方桩基的布置形式、桩长、桩距等影响因素进行了总结分析。在综合分析的基础上,最后提出了高层建筑对邻近地铁车站附加沉降影响的控制措施。希望这一解决思路有助于攻克这一难题,并为今后此类工程可提供一定的参考价值和借鉴作用。
After simulating high - rise buildings pile foundation under vertical load in layered soil and analyzing its influence on surrounding soils and deformation mechanism and characteristic of additional settlement, a model of high - rise building and subway station altogether is built up, an analysis of layout form , pile length, pile spacing and others factors of the pile located beneath the subway station. On the basis of analysis, the measures of controlling the impact of high - rise building on nearby subway station are proposed, which will provide a reference to analogous project in the future.
