摘要
针对某工业厂房内2万平米大面积设备基础深基坑的闭口施工,采取了搅拌桩预加固、合理土方卸载、对称土方开挖、设备基础分块跳仓浇筑、信息化监测等综合技术,对柱基础和厂房结构得到了有效的控制,柱基础累计最大位移仅28mm,闭口施工效果好。
This article introduces closed construction of 20,000 Sq. m2 large-area equipment deep foundation pit in an industrial workshop. The construction is done with synthetical technique including mixing pile pre - reinforcing, reasonable earthwork unloading, symmetry earthwork excavation, equipment foundation block skip placing, information monitoring and so on, by which to effectively control the pile foundation and workshop structure construction; the accumulated maximum displacement of pile foundation is only 28mm; the closed construction effect is excellent.
