摘要
讨论了宝钢工程钢管桩应用中的地质条件、桩尖持力层、承载力和沉降等主要技术问题,比较了不同持力层桩基的沉降规律,并结合地基土所提供承载力和桩材强度所提供承载力的关系,阐述了从钢管桩到钢管混凝土桩以及薄壁钢管离心混凝土桩的技术进步过程。
In this paper, the main technological problems concerning the application of steel tubular pile to Baosteel project, such as those in geological condition, bearing layers, load capacity, settlement are discussed. The settlement of piles of different bearing layers is compared. Based on the relationship between load capacities of soil layers and pile materials, the progress of the pile from the steel tubular pile, steel tubular pile filled with concrete, to the thin wall steel tubular pile filled with centrifugal concrete is presented.
