腓骨复合板内固定治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价应用腓骨复合板治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的疗效。方法15例尺骨鹰嘴骨折病例,均为闭合性骨折。手术采用臂丛麻醉或全麻,患肢使用止血带,采用肘后正中切口。以合适长度腓骨复合板固定骨折,术后早期行肘关节功能锻炼。采用Broberg肘关节评分标准评价手术效果。结果术后平均随访8.4个月。所有切口均Ⅰ期愈合,骨折均愈合。Broberg肘关节评分:优12例,良2例,可1例。结论腓骨复合板体积小、易塑形、力学性能良好,是治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的有效手段。
