摘要
为满足小型、低功耗被动型相干布居囚禁(coherent population trapping,CPT)原子频标的需要,利用开关电源芯片设计并研制了一种基于电源芯片的温控电路。实验结果表明:与常用温控电路相比,该电路控温能力与其相当,功耗降低25%,体积减少一半。因此,该电路特别适合小型、低功耗CPT原子频标的需要,也为其他需要小型、低功耗温控电路的应用提供了一种可选方案。
In order to meet the requirement of miniature, low power consumption CPT(coherent population trapping) atomic frequency standard, a temperature control circuit based on power regulator is proposed and realized. The experimental results show that as compared with commonly used circuits, this proposed circuit achieves the equal temperature control capability while the power consumption and the circuit size are reduced by 25% and by half respectively. Therefore, it is an ideal temperature control circuit for miniature, low power consumption CPT atomic frequency standard, and it provides also an alternative temperature control circuit for other similar applications.
