摘要
对６１份株高在１００ｃｍ以下的不同类型与来源的贵州地方稻种资源进行芽苗期ＧＡ３处理及其遗传分析。初步筛选出寸谷糯、麻糯谷、光头微芒粳粘、驼粘等地方品种对ＧＡ３处理反应不敏感，与ｓｄ１基因的南京１１号反应不一致。这些品种不仅植株较矮，且有抗寒、抗旱、耐瘠等特点，为拓宽遗传基础、提供丰富的种质资源具有重要意义。同时，就ＧＡ３处理反应结果的多样性进行了讨论。
GA 3 treatment during both bud and seedling stage and genetic analysis of 61 local varieties from different places and types in Guizhou with plant height below 100cm were carried out. The results showed that 4 varieties(i.e.Chungunuo,Manuogu, Guangtouweimang Jingzhan and Tuozhan) were different from Nanjing 11 with sd 1 gene due to reaction nonsensitive to GA 3. They were short stem and resistance to cold, drought and poor soil.
