摘要
目的观察对慢性心力衰竭患者进行电话访问的效果。方法便利选取160例心功能Ⅲ-Ⅳ级的慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组。对出院的干预组患者采用《标准电话访问手稿》进行为期14周的电话访问;对照组只接受常规护理。在患者出院后第15周评价电话干预的效果。结果干预组患者较对照组而言,知识水平和生活质量得到明显改善,但两组再入院情况没有显著的差异。结论电话访问对于慢性心力衰竭患者的康复能够起到积极的作用。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of telephone visit in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods One hundred and sixty patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group received routine guidance. In addition,the patients in the experimental group received telephone visits for 14 weeks using the "Telephone Interaction Script" . The effects were evaluated in the 15th week after discharge. Results Patients in the experimental group had better disease-related knowledge and quality of life than those in the control group. However,there was no significant difference on the readmission rate between the two groups. Conclusion Telephone visit may promote the recovery for patients with chronic heart failure.
