摘要
总结65例在全麻下实施颈椎人工椎间盘置换手术的术中护理配合要点及护理体会。术前加强患者心理护理,精心准备手术间和配套器械,合理选择植入物。术中密切观察病情变化,熟悉手术相关步骤及配套器械的使用安装,准确传递各类手术器械,注意严格无菌操作,协助术中透视检查。65例手术均顺利完成,效果满意。
This paper summarizes the key points and experience of nursing cooperation during artificial cervical disc replacement surgery under general anesthesia in 65 cases. Strengthening of preoperative psychological care,meticulous preparation of operating rooms and essential equipments,selection of appropriate implants,closely observation of patient＇s condition,familiarity with the operation procedures and installation of associated surgical equipments,accurate transfer of various surgical instruments,strict aseptic technique,and cooperation during intraoperative fluoroscopy were important guarantee for the success of operations. As a result,all the patients underwent the operations successfully with satisfying outcomes.
