摘要
目的:对穿心莲超微粉体和常规粉体中脱水穿心连内酯的溶出度进行比较,考察超微粉碎对其溶出量和溶出速率的影响。方法:采用SPE-HPLC法测定穿心莲常规粉体、超微粉体中脱水穿心连内酯溶出量和溶出速度。结果:穿心莲超微粉体中脱水穿心连内酯初始溶出速度高于其常规粉体,但溶出40min后溶出量无显著性差异。结论:穿心莲超微粉碎对脱水穿心连内酯并不会造成损失,且可明显提高其溶出速度。
Objective: To investigate the effect of the ultra-fine powder on dissolution rates of dehy-droandrogrpholide. Method: The dissolution rates of dehy-droandrogrpholide from the normal and ultra-fine powder of Andrographis were detected with SPE-HPLC techniques. Result: The dissolution rates of dehydroandrogrpholide from the ultra-micro powder was higher than that from the normal powder, but there was no difference after 40 mins. Conclusion: The dissolution velocity of dehydroandrogrpholide are greatly increased and there is not loss of the components in ultra-micro powder.
