摘要
目的:对穿心莲超微粉体和常规粉体中脱水穿心连内酯的溶出度进行比较,考察超微粉碎对其溶出量和溶出速率的影响。方法:采用SPE-HPLC法测定穿心莲常规粉体、超微粉体中脱水穿心连内酯溶出量和溶出速度。结果:穿心莲超微粉体中脱水穿心连内酯初始溶出速度高于其常规粉体,但溶出40min后溶出量无显著性差异。结论:穿心莲超微粉碎对脱水穿心连内酯并不会造成损失,且可明显提高其溶出速度。
Objective： To investigate the effect of the ultra-fine powder on dissolution rates of dehy-droandrogrpholide. Method： The dissolution rates of dehy-droandrogrpholide from the normal and ultra-fine powder of Andrographis were detected with SPE-HPLC techniques. Result： The dissolution rates of dehydroandrogrpholide from the ultra-micro powder was higher than that from the normal powder, but there was no difference after 40 mins. Conclusion： The dissolution velocity of dehydroandrogrpholide are greatly increased and there is not loss of the components in ultra-micro powder.
