某营养胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响

目的评价某营养胶囊对动物是否具有增强免疫力的功能。方法选用正常动物连续30天灌胃后按照《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》进行试验。结果经30天灌胃后，中、高剂量组动物的淋巴细胞增殖能力明显增强，与阴性对照组相比有显著性差异（P〈0．05），三个剂量组动物吞噬指数及低、高剂量组的吞噬率与阴性对照组相比有显著性差异（P〈0．05、P〈0.01）。讳，高剂量组动物的溶血空斑数明显增多、与阴性对照组相比有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论该营养胶囊对动物具有增强免疫力的作用。

Object To evaluate whether a nutrient capsule could improve animal＇ s immunity or not. Methods： Chose healthy animals and gave the nutrient capsule to them by gavage,then performed tests according to Technical Standards for Testing ＆ Assessment of Health Food. Results Being gave the nutrient capsule by garage after 30 days,the ability of the lymphocytes proliferation of the middle-dosage group and the high-dosage group were obviousely enhanced. There were significant differences between these two groups and the negative control group（P〈0.05）. The phagocytic index of the three dosage groups were significantly different from the negative control group（P〈0.05）, and the phagocytic percentage of the middie-dosage group and the high-dosage group were significantly different from the negative control group（P〈0.01）. Besides the hemolytic plaque of the middle-dosage group and the high-dosage group were significantly increased（P〈0.05）. Conclusion, The nutrient capsule could improve animal＇ s immunity.
