蛛网膜下腔出血致缺血性脑损伤18例临床分析
摘要
目的探讨蛛网膜下腔出血后继发的缺血性脑损伤的临床特点、发生机制及头颅CT的意义。方法总结分析18例蛛网膜下腔出血患者的临床及头颅CT的意义。结果蛛网膜下腔出血后可导致不同程度的脑血管痉挛性缺血性脑损伤,甚至脑梗死,并可导致痴呆。CT显示的蛛网膜下腔积血量可影响患者的病情。结论蛛网下腔出血后的缺血性脑损伤,因本病预后差,死亡率高,关健在于预防。头颅CT对于明确病理性改变,及帮助判断预后具有重要价值。
