摘要
目的探讨早期康复训练对急性脑卒中患者肢体功能恢复的影响。方法将60例急性脑卒中患者随机分为康复组和对照组各30例。两组患者均接受临床治疗和基础护理，康复组在此基础上采取早期康复训练于2d进行，30d进行效果评价。结果康复组与对照组比较，康复组明显优于对照组P〈005（X^2=6．405）。结论早期实施康复训练能促进脑卒中患者更早、更好的恢复患肢的功能，提高日常生活活动（ADL）能力，降低偏瘫的致残率，提高患者的生存能力和生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitarion exercise on extremity function rehabilitation in patients with acute stroke.Methods Sixty stroke patients were randomly assigned to the rehabilitation and control group each comprising 30 cases,the former received clinical treatment and basic nursing,and the latter was given early rehabilitation exercise at day 2 in addition.Their efficacies were assessed on day 30. Results The rehabilitation group was superior to the control group with regard to efficacy,p〈0.05（x2=6.405）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation exercise can facilitate early and favorable recovery of affected extremity function in stroke patients,increased ability of daily life （ADL）,and reduced the disabled rate for hemiplegia as well as evelated patients＇ survival capability and quality of life.
