摘要 提出了一种超声导波激励信号源的设计方法,为减少管道超声导波检测中频散现象的影响,采用单片机AT89S52,直接数字合成(DDS)器件AD9850等,设计出专门用于激励超声导波的汉宁窗调制单音频信号的信号发生器,该信号发生器具有汉宁窗的宽度可调,汉宁窗调制下的单音频信号频率可调的功能。实验及电路仿真表明设计合理可行。 This paper presents a design method of signal source for exciting ultrasonic guided wave, for reducing the influence of frequency dispersive phenomena in pipeline ultrasonic guided wave inspection, using mierocontroller AT89S52, Direct Digital Synthesis(DDS) device AD9850 and other devices, design a signal generator which can generate single acoustic frequency signal modulated by Hanning window, the generator is devoted to excite ultrasonic guided wave, both the width of Hanning window and the frequency of single acoustic frequency signal are adjustable. Experiment and circuit simulation indicates that the design is reasonable and feasible.
