摘要
网络化的测控系统是未来测量仪器发展的一个重要方向。针对目前网络测控系统复杂、开发成本高和扩展性差等问题,介绍基于DM9008和AT89S52的嵌入式网络测控系统,阐述系统的电路设计方案,精简TCP/IP协议,并对IP协议、ARP协议和UDP协议进行讨论,重点分析以太网中传输数据的封装和校验,将TCP/IP协议应用到嵌入式系统,实现了以太网中数据终端对工业设备的远程控制和数据传输。数据检测结果表明,该系统数据传输稳定,具有结构简单、通用性强、成本低等特点,为工业现场控制系统提供一种新的测控解决方案。
The measuring and controlling system based on Web is an important development tendency in the instrument field. Aimed at the problem of complex system, high developing cost and poor expansibility, Introduce the embedded network system based on DM9008 and AT89S52, expound the project of circuit design, and talk about IP, ARP and UDP. The data's encapsulation and checkout is particularly analysized. TCP/IP was applied to the embedded system. The system can realize the data transmission and remote control for industrial equipment through Ethernet successfully. The result of monitoring shows that the system transmit Data steadily, typifies simple structure, better universal and low cost,providing a new settlement for the industrial field.
