摘要 随着测试技术的不断发展和完善,人们希望越来越多的专用测试设备更加准确、快速地完成各种测试功能。在介绍了虚拟仪器概念的基础之上,描述了电缆自动检测设备的设计思路,阐明了其检测原理,其检测原理简单,检测方法易于实现。详细论述了该系统的硬件组成以及各部分的实现方法,并且运用NI LabVIEW编写了该设备的自动测试软件,对软件调试过程存在的问题进行了讨论,特别是虚拟仪器技术和计算机技术的应用极大的提高了检测效率。工程应用证明,该设备工作稳定可靠,操作简便,具有较高的工程应用价值。 With the full development of test technology, people hope that more and more special test equipments have the ability to fulfill kinds of test functions quickly and accurately. The design method and testing principal of special test equipment are depicted after the introduction of the concept of virtual instrument Constitutions and realize method of hardware are stated in detail, the automatic testing software of equipment are designed as well. In addition, some problems when debugged the software are discussed, especially, virtual instrument technology and computer technology applied in this system, improve the efficiency of test. Practical use shows, the equipment works steadily and effectively.
