摘要
根据汽车制动拉杆自动生产线的生产过程,与制动拉杆本身的结构特点,设计了在线测量的方案,实现了对产品质量的实时监控。该方案通过采用合理的机械结构、算法设计、误差补偿方式,以及采用了高精度的位移传感器,达到了合适的测量精度,并且具有很好稳定性与可靠性,能够适用于长时间的连续生产。本方案经过在生产现场的汽车拉杆自动生产线的生产实践证明,该方案能够满足在线测量的精度与稳定性的要求,保证了生产质量,节省了人力资源,提高了生产效率。
According to the process of the automatic production line and the structural characteristics of the brake rod, an on-line measurement method was designed to realize the real-time monitoring of product quality. By using reasonable mechanical structure,algorithm design, error compensation methods and high-precision displacement sensors, the high measurement precision was achieved. Also the program has very good stability and reliability, can be applied to a long period of continuous production. With the practice on the automatic production line, the on- line measurement method showed its high accuracy and stability. It could ensure product quality, save human resources and improve the production efficiency.
