摘要 有机磷农药作为一类广泛使用的杀虫剂,在食品中有不同程度的残留,严重威胁人类健康。文中阐述了有机磷农药半抗原的结构与性质、特异性抗体的制备,介绍了检测单一成分或检测多残留成分的酶联免疫吸附检测、荧光偏振免疫检测与试纸条免疫检测等技术,对其在有机磷农药残留检测中的应用情况作一综述,并展望了发展前景和研究方向。 As a category of insecticides, organophosphorus pesticides are used widely. They exist in food with different degrees and threaten the health of human greatly. This paper explains the structure and properties of organophosphorus pesticides hapten, the preparation of specific antibody, enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) which detected single-residue or multi-residue of organophosphorus pesticides, fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA) and dipstick immunoassay (DIP). The application of four immunoassays in organophosphorus pesticides residue determination was also summarized. Finally, the prospects for the development and research field are also discussed.
