产前超声筛查胎儿头部畸形的意义

Value of Prenatal Ultrasound in Prenatal Detection of Head Malformatio

目的：探讨产前超声筛查胎儿头部畸形的诊断价值。方法：对17 000例孕11~42周在我院接受产前超声筛查的胎儿进行头部基本切面的扫查。结果：头、颜面部产前超声诊断畸形165例,部分经引产病理及染色体检验证实。结论：产前超声筛查是诊断胎儿颅内异常较直观、可靠、方便、安全、必要的影像学检查方法。

Objective：To explore diagnosed value of the prenatal ultrasound in prenatal detection in the fetus abnormal head.Methods：Among 17 000 cases pregnant women who have got pregnant from 11 weeks to 42 weeks were examination by the 3-Dimensional power doppler ultrasound.Results：The symptoms of cases with different abnormal heads were discover and partially confirmed by abortive pathology and chromosome test.Conclusions：Prenatal Ultrasound in Prenatal Detection is a reliable and secure imagining method diagnosing to the fetus abnormal head.
