肺泡蛋白沉积症的影像学表现(附5例报告)

摘要 目的:探讨肺泡蛋白沉积症(PAP)的胸部平片和CT表现,以提高诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析我院5例经病理证实的PAP患者的胸部平片和CT表现。结果:胸部平片和胸部CT均表现为双侧弥漫性斑片状或大片状磨玻璃实变影。其中2例病变下肺多于上肺,自肺门向外围伸展成蝶翼状分布。CT示病变边缘锐利,与周围正常肺组织界限清晰,并在其衬托下呈"地图样"分布。同时可显示磨玻璃影中的网格状影(铺路石征)和充气支气管征。结论:PAP有其特征性影像学表现,结合临床资料综合分析可做出诊断。
