摘要 目的:评价学校师生在健康教育干预前后对结核病防治知识和政策的掌握情况及其产生的效果。方法:采取前后对照方法评价师生结核病防治知识及信念的变化情况,采取平行对照方法评价干预前后学校健康教育对结核病初诊患者发现的影响。结果:健康教育干预后,学校师生的结核病防治认知水平有了显著提高,结核病初诊患者数量也有所增加。结论:结核病健康教育干预效果显著,但对于医学知识性强的信息,师生掌握仍较欠缺,需采取合适的健康教育手段进行干预。 Objective:To evaluated the teachers and students in health education before and after intervention of tuberculosis prevention and contro knowledge and mastery of policy and its effects.Methods:Used before and after the control method to evaluated tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge and belief changes on teachers and students.taken before and after the parallel control method to evaluated the influence of new diagnosed patients founding when we mplement tuberculosis health education intervention in school.Results:After the health education intervention.the knowledge levels of tuberculosis prevention and control among teachers and students have been significantly improved the number of newly diagnosed tuberculosis patients has also incr-eased.Conclusions:Tuberculosis health education intervention has marked effect.but medical information on teachers and students were still lacking.We need to be taken by means of appropriate health education intervention.
