摘要
如何提高个体幸福感已越来越引起西方政界和学术界的重视。以英国为首的一些西方国家近年来对终身学习和个体幸福感的关系进行了一系列的研究,以量化的形式证明了终身学习对个体幸福感的直接影响和间接影响。本文系统总结了这些研究及其取得的成果,以期能对我们一些相关领域带来一些启发和思考。
The personal well-being has attracted more and more attention of political and academic circles. The academic circles in the west especially in British have done a lot of researches on the relationship between Lifelong Learning and Personal Well-being. This thesis systematically summarizes these researches and their attainments.
