脐周三孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术106例

Experience of the transumbilical laparoscopic cholecystectomy with three ports in 106 cases

目的探讨脐周三孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术的方法和可行性。方法回顾性分析2009年6-10月脐周三孔腹腔镜胆囊切除106例的临床资料。结果106例均通过普通腹腔镜器械经脐周行三孔胆囊切除取得成功,无并发症,手术时间40～130min,术后腹壁瘢痕不明显。结论脐周三孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术安全可行,但操作较为困难,术后腹壁瘢痕不明显,在有条件的医院可以作为腹腔镜胆囊切除术的改进术式推广。

Objective To investigate the methods and feasibility of the transumbilical laparoscopic cholecystectomy with three ports. Methods The clinical data of 106 patients subject to the tran- sumbilical laparoscopic cholecystectomy with three ports in our hospital from June 2009 to October 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 106 cases of this group were successful subjected to the transumbilical laparoscopic cholecystectomy with three ports by using ordinary laparoscopic instru- ments. There were no complications. Operative time was 40-130 rain, and postoperative abdominal wall scar was not obvious. Conclusion The transumbilical laparoseopic cholecystectomy with three ports is safe and feasible hut difficultly operated. This method can be spread in some hospitals as the improved procedure of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
