尾型同源盒转录因子2和NF-κB P65蛋白在胃印戒细胞癌组织中的表达及意义

Expression of CDX2 and NF-κB P65 in gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma and the significance

目的观察尾型同源盒转录因子2(CDX2)和核转录因子(NF)-κBP65蛋白在胃印戒细胞癌组织中的表达。方法以癌旁正常胃黏膜和胃黏膜肠上皮化生作为对照,用免疫组织化学SABC法检测CDX2和NF-κBP65蛋白在胃印戒细胞癌组织中的表达情况。结果CDX2在正常胃黏膜中无表达,在肠上皮化生中表达明显增高,在胃印戒细胞癌组织中有CDX2的表达但水平低于肠上皮化生;胃印戒细胞癌组织中NF-κBP65则明显高于癌旁正常胃黏膜;胃印戒细胞癌中CDX2和NF-κBP65表达与肿瘤浸润深度有相关性。结论CDX2与NF-κBP65是胃印戒细胞癌重要的分子标志物。

Objective To investigate the expression of CDX2 and NF-κB P65 protein in gastric signet-ring eel1 carcinoma. Methods By using the adjacent gastric mucosa and gastric intestinal metaplasia as the control, the expression of CDX2 and NF-κB P65 was detected in gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma by immunohistochemistry. Results CDX2 was not expressed in normal gastric mucosa. There was significantly higher CDX2 expression in gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma, but the expression level was lower than in intestinal metaplasia. NF-κB P65 in gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma was significantly higher than in the adjacent gastric mucosa. The expression of CDX2 and NF-κB P65 had a correlation with the invasive depth of tumor. Conclusion CDX2 and NF-κB P65 are the molecular markers in gastric signetring cell carcinoma.
